My Name is Amber Beaugard, I am a professional portrait photographer, and have close to 15 years experience photographing people.I am also the creator and photographer of the Rediscover Campaign.

As a passionate creative over the years I've craved to have more meaning in my work as a photographer. I want to use my gift of photography to tell compelling stories of remarkable women and motivate more people to speak.

With the Rediscover Campaign I am able to meet so many other beautiful, strong, and creative women who share their journey or self-love, perseverance, and strength with other women. Building a community and network of women supporting one another. It's an honor to be able to capture and share so many women's stories.

My goal is to bring a community of women together through art, poetry, storytelling, imagery and self-love workshops.

ABOUT THE REDISCOVER CAMPAIGN

The Rediscover Campaign is much more than just a showcase of an array of captivating images; it's about how we can tell the true stories of women of diverse cultures and backgrounds giving them space to share and speak their truth about self-love, overcoming, and striving to become the best version of themselves.

The Campaign is a way of highlighting every woman's journey in discovering their strength and ability to overcome obstacles gracefully. It is a revelation of how self-love is born in the life of women today, and it can only be made visible and meaningful when these women speak out and raise their voices.

The “Rediscover: A Journey of Self-love” campaign is my way of highlighting every woman’s journey in discovering their strength and the ability to overcome obstacles gracefully. It is a revelation of how self-love is born in the life of women today, and it can only be made visible and meaningful when these women speak out and raise their voices.

You might want to ask, why self-love? Well, take it from someone who understands what it means to lack love and joy at some point in their life. There was a time I became a shadow of myself, and because of the hurt in me, I found it hard to enjoy life and see how wonderful it could be to relax and be happy. At that time, I enclosed myself into a world, so void, all that surrounded me was frustration and depression.

Looking back now, I realize this was my life. Think of all the women in the world who have gone through the same feelings or who might be in that dark place right now. It’s the worst place to be, and what’s even more saddening is that many stay there hurting because they are either too scared to speak or too depressed to hope.

This campaign is here to say, ‘No more!’

The campaign is that safe space where women of diverse cultures share their stories in the most beautiful and creative way with imagery and videos—just letting their hair down with great makeup and spending a day out laughing and having fun around other like-minded women.

For me, photography is about using my gift and passion for bringing people together; to capture, create and share special moments in time. Supporting and sponsoring a woman in campaign is about creating a special place in my city where more women can feel free to express themselves creatively by sharing their trials and triumphs.

The goal is to set up a home that welcomes positive conversations around difficult situations, while continuing to uplift and support each woman on their personal journey.

We don’t just want women feeling good after letting it all out; we want people who will support this cause called REDISCOVERY IN THE LIFE OF EVERY WOMAN. This campaign journey will have more women healing, focused and celebrating emancipation from depression.
